Do you delivery to upper floors?

Unfortunately, we can only be responsible for deliveries to the first floor. We can't be sure that UPS will be able to carry your delivery up any floors.

How much does the delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for all Kipli products to Spain, the Balearic Islands, metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg. We can also offer free delivery to some other countries such as Germany and Portugal.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We work with transport companies that only make deliveries on working days. Which means, unfortunately, that deliveries on a Saturday aren't possible.

What happens if I won't be there for the delivery?

We choose the most suitable carrier according to the products you've ordered. For more details regarding delivery, we invite you to consult our web page about this subject. You'll be able to check on your order status via the link that you'll receive

Which countries do you deliver to?

How will my purchase be delivered? How are the beds packed for shipping purposes?

We endeavour to work with the most suitable carriers who can provide the best service in accordance with your order. That's why we have chosen to offer a Premium Delivery service.

How do you send your products?

Our mattresses are rolled up, compressed and protected by a jute bag. Our beds are sent in kit form in 2 cardboard boxes. The rest of our products are shipped in Kipli carboard boxes.
