What happens if I won't be there for the delivery?

We choose the most suitable carrier according to the products you've ordered. For more details regarding delivery, we invite you to consult our web page about this subject.

You'll be able to check on your order status via the link that you'll receive by email providing you with the estimated date of your delivery. A precise time won't be given, it could be any time during the day. For this reason, we recommend that you try to ensure you'll be home to receive your order on the scheduled date. We can't guarantee that orders will be carried upstairs at the time of delivery. We recommend that, if you don't think you'll be able to carry your order upstairs, you arrange for someone to help you in the event that the carrier is unable to provide this service.

Delivery is estimated at 10 to 15 business days from placing your order (or from receipt of the deposit or bank transfer for those who have chosen this method of payment).

If you're absent at the time of the delivery or the estimated delivery date doesn't suit you, you can choose between various options by clicking onto the carrier's website via the link you'll receive by email:

  • Choose a new delivery date
  • Send the order to a different address
  • Choose a pick-up point near your home
  • If there's no response from the customer, the delivery driver will return on the next business day to try and deliver your order again.
