The Kipli pillows, duvets and mattress protectors come with a 2 year guarantee against any manufacturing defects. If one of these products evidences a manufacturing fault during regular use, contact us (by email at [email protected], or via chat directly on our web site).

Each claim is individually evaluated, the following options apply under the warranty:

• the item is replaced with the same product, depending on availability,

• the purchase price of the product will be reimbursed if an exchange for the same product is no longer possible,

• a portion* of the product's price will be reimbursed if you decide to keep the item

  We would remind you that the pillows, duvets and mattress protector are not covered by the 100 nights trial.
