INFORMATION ON DELIVERIES DURING THE SUMMER

During the summer holidays, our production will be suspended for a period of about a month. As some of our items are handmade to order, production and delivery times will be slightly longer for some products and for some countries. Please take into account that the times may change (and be shorter or longer) depending on the availability of materials and on the transporters timing (some transporter will have less staff than usually).

The natural latex mattress and Turin bed with delivery in Germany (single mattress), Austria (single mattress), Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland

For these countries, the natural latex mattresses are normally produced and shipped to order. We have created a small stock to be able to deliver during August. Deliveries will be made within 10-15 working days. However, this is a small stock to avoid wasting any material: it may be that some sizes will be finished and can only be delivered from the reopening of production in September. From 25/07/2023 to 11/08/2203, the mattress sizes 120x190 and 120x200 will be delivered within 22-27 working days. In case of a stockout on these products, we will inform you within 5-10 working days.

Delivery timing will be of 22-27 working days from 25/07/2023 up to 01/09/2023.

All other products for other countries will be delivered according to standard deadlines and stock availability.

We specify that an order is considered received and paid as soon as payment has been received.
