Is the Kipli natural latex pillow hypoallergenic?Updated a year ago

The Kipli pillow is made from 100% natural latex. Thanks to its natural properties, it is resistant to bacteria and mites. Therefore, it's suitable for allergy sufferers.

Our latex doesn't contain any protein residues so it has increased hypoallergenic properties. Bear in mind that an allergy to natural latex is a reaction to the proteins from the Hevea Brasiliensis (the rubber tree from which liquid latex is extracted).

Kipli's pillows aren't particularly recommended for latex allergy sufferers (about 1% of the world's population). However, it should be noted that a latex allergy is usually generated due to direct contact with the skin. With normal use of the Kipli pillow, there wouldn't be any direct contact with the latex core. If you are allergic and are still unsure, we suggest that you consult an allergy specialist before using natural latex products.
