How do the 100 nights trial and the returns policy work?Updated 2 years ago
At Kipli, we believe that trying a mattress quickly in a store isn't enough for you to know if its really the right choice for you. That's why we've proposed the 100 nights trial.
You can try out the mattress in your home in familiar surroundings.
We're very honorable and arranging a return is straightforward and doesn't cost you anything.
The 100 nights trial works as follows:
You can try out your mattress for 100 nights. The trial period commences from the delivery date and cannot be extended.
The mattress doesn't suit you? We're sorry to hear that.
- Get in touch via email, drop us a line at [email protected] to organize your return.
- Remember that it takes the body a while to adapt to a new mattress. There is no minimum number of trial nights, so take your time to make a proper assessment of the mattress.
- We'll get back to you requesting more information about your decision as to why the mattress doesn't suit you, or you're not satisfied with it.
- If you want to go ahead with the return, we will ask you to send us photos of the mattress to verify that it is in good condition. We'll also ask you for a photo of the mattress once it has been packed up and protectively wrapped.
- We recommend that, when you receive your mattress, you keep the recycled plastic that protects it so that you can reuse this to package it in the event of a return.
- Once we have received all the photos, the courier company will contact you to arrange a date for the collection of your mattress.
- We would ask you to please ensure that the mattress is securely packed so that it doesn't get damaged whilst in transit.
- Once we have got the mattress back, we'll effect a full reimbursement of the purchase price.
Exceptions: (1) The mattress must be in good condition for donation to charity (i.e., without any stains or any other type of damage. (2) The 100 nights trial is only possible with the Kipli (adult) mattress.
