All Kipli's beds come with a guarantee. If the product is damaged as a result of normal use, you can contact us (by email: [email protected], or via live-chat). We evaluate each claim against the warranty individually. Our warranties only cover manufacturing defects.

With regard to our beds, you have several options if a defect is found. We are committed to:

• replacing the product with an identical product, depending on its availability,

• to reimburse the price of the prodcut it a replacement is not possible,

• or to effect a partial refund of the purchase price if you decide to keep the item.

  Duration of the warranty:

• Upholstered bed : 5 year guarantee
