Dear Kipli Customers, Get Ready for the Holidays!

The festive season is approaching and we want to inform you about possible adjustments in our delivery services. During this period of high demand with our carriers, there may be delays in deliveries, as well as changes in delivery schedules or dates.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that some of our custom-made products will have longer delivery times during the festive season. In detail:

Products

• The Natural Latex Mattress - Premium: sizes 135x190, 85x190, 85x200, 170x190, 170x200, 180x190
• Turin Bed - sizes 150x190, 150x200
• Natural Latex Pillow
• Kipli Ergonomic Pillow

Timeline:

Production and delivery times will be different during the end-of-year festivities.

• Orders received before 12:00 on 13/12/2023: All orders received and paid before this date will be shipped before the holiday break for delivery between late December 2023 and early January 2024.

• Orders received after 12:00 on 13/12/2023: All orders received or paid after this date will be shipped during the second half of January. Normal delivery times will resume from the second week of January.

P.S.: An order is considered received and paid once we have received the payment. For immediate payments via card, PayPal, or Alma, this does not imply an increase in delivery times. If you wish to proceed with an order via bank transfer, we recommend considering at least 2-3 business days for the receipt of payment in our bank account and the subsequent confirmation of the order. 😉

Please note that any adjustments in delivery times, managed and updated directly by us, will be meticulously updated on our product pages. We ensure that you are always informed in real-time about the latest delivery information.

Our customer service will remain open during the holidays, except on 25/12/2023 and 01/01/2023. Our team is available to answer all your questions and assist you with anything you need.
